Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the ShoesNet app collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. The app is owned and operated by Ninety Nine Point for General Supplies LLC, commercial registration no. 20097, Building 5, District 5, 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt ("we").

1. Data we collect

Account data

• Name, phone number and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
• Account type: buyer or vendor.
• Vendors only: email address, business description and logo.

Data you create in the app

• Products added by vendors: photos, prices, sizes, quantities and factory name.
• Orders: products, number of cartons, prices at the time of ordering, delivery address and order status.
• Text chat messages between buyers and vendors.

Device data

• Your device's push notification token, so we can notify you about orders and messages.
• Technical server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and troubleshooting.

We don't collect card or bank details, because the app has no in-app payment. We don't collect your location and we don't show ads.

2. How we use data

• Create, review and sign in to your account.
• Show products, process orders and update their status.
• Run chat between buyers and vendors.
• Send notifications about orders, messages and account status.
• Protect the app from abuse and fix technical problems.

3. Who we share data with

• The other side of an order: when you place an order, the vendor sees your name, phone number, delivery address and order details so they can fulfil it.
• Admins: the ShoesNet admin team can view accounts, orders and chats to review content and resolve disputes.
• Service providers: we use Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging only to deliver notifications.
• Authorities: when required by a binding legal request.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

4. Storage and security

• All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Passwords are stored with one-way hashing.
• Access is restricted by role, so each user only sees what belongs to them.
• We automatically strip metadata, such as location, from uploaded photos.

5. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, as described on the account deletion page.

6. Your rights

• Edit your account details in the app.
• Ask for a copy of your data.
• Ask us to delete your account, or specific data in it, from the app or from this page.

7. Children

ShoesNet is a business wholesale app and is not directed at anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post any change on this page with a new date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
