Delete your ShoesNet account

ShoesNet app, by Ninety Nine Point for General Supplies LLC

You can delete your ShoesNet account and all data linked to it at any time, either in the app or from this page without installing the app.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to your account page.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Option 2: From this page

1. Email mohammadissam555@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Include the name and phone number registered on your account.
3. We'll contact you on that phone number to confirm you own the account, then delete it.

Data we delete

• Account data: name, phone number, password, email, business description and logo.
• Chat messages.
• Your device's notification token.
• For vendors: products and their photos.

Data we keep

We keep past order records (products, quantities, prices and dates) because they're part of the other party's records, but with your name, phone number and address removed, so they can't be linked to you.

Timeline

• We delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request.
• Any backups containing your data are erased within a further 30 days.
• If you have orders in progress, we'll contact you before deleting.
